Our lives go beyond our work; we have family responsibilities, our health to watch, and relationships to maintain. WIth only so many hours in a day, it is difficult to balance it all.
Fortunately, there are many services here on campus that can help. These services can decrease your load and reduce your stress. These services are available to faculty, staff, postdocs, and often their families as well.
