The Tuition Reimbursement Plan provides eligible employees with the opportunity to obtain, maintain, or improve their professional capabilities through participation in courses of study at accredited colleges and universities, and at accredited organizations specializing in job and career related training.

Step 2

Submit Your Application for Academic Program Approval -- Form 15-15A
If you are ready to apply, this is the section for you. Get your program approved before enrolling in classes.

Step 3

Before Reimbursement, Complete a Request for Reimbursement of Tuition -- Form 15-15B
To process your reimbursement, we will also need:
  • an itemized receipt (not a balance due statement) showing class name, dates, and cost
  • grades (C or better)

Masters degree:
